Evaluation

Evaluate existing or new medical projects; assess the merit, potential, ability, existing and future resources, objective, etc., of the hospital or project. The evaluation includes a findings report with recommendations for the next step.

Acquisition

Resource procurement, ranging from the acquisition of a few pieces of medical equipment to the technical management of a complete hospital project. WBCS will help assure appropriateness and cost effectiveness.

Installation

Installation of equipment ranges from unloading and inspecting shipments to the installation and setup of various types of equipment. Some systems may require specialized technicians and WBCS will assist with coordinating these needs.

Service

Evaluate and provide service on equipment. Ongoing support and service is available.

Training

Training and education for technical and clinical staff on installation, service, and equipment usage.
